Virtual nursing is not solved by putting a camera in a patient room. Programs need patient-room AV, command spaces, privacy indicators, workflow mapping, training, metrics, and support models that help nurses work safely and efficiently.
Virtual nursing succeeds when hospitals design infrastructure around clinical workflow, patient privacy, operational ownership, and scalable support, not just cameras.
