“I joined VIcom in 2002. I started off as a field technician, and after a short time I was promoted to Voice Service Supervisor, later to Manager of Voice and Data Services, and now enjoy the position as Manager of Voice and Data Engineering Services. During my time at VIcom, I have witnessed the evolution of IP telephony, voice and data convergence, and the steady transition of traditional analog, electronic, and digital communications systems in to powerful multimedia collaboration systems, and have installed solutions from here to Alaska and almost everywhere in between.”

“I have been involved with telephony solutions since I was about 15 years old when my Dad owned an Interconnect company. I started off unboxing equipment on weekend installations, preparing designation labels for telephones, and even running the occasional cable to a workstation.

“While in High School, for fun some days I would reprogram the School Secretary’s telephone console just to see her scratch her head when she would call in to the Principal’s office and she would reach to School Nurse. She would call for me, because she knew I could probably fix the problem for her in a flash. My passion for installing (and servicing) communication solutions that customers were able to use every day grew while I was in school and I knew I was destined for a career in communications, so I went to work for my father’s company and I’ve never looked back.”
