Vicom worked with the customer to provide all required
audiovisual capabilities including classified &
unclassified HD videoconferencing by Polycom. Simple
control of all system components is provided through
a wireless Crestron touchpanel system. All custom
furniture was included. (Including a custom table,
lectern, two large credenzas and all seating) Simple
connectivity for laptops is provided at the both
the table and podium. A Smart Sympodium at the lectern
provides comprehensive annotation capabilities.
For this project an older building was renovated.
This made the conference room challenging because
of a large column (seen in the upper left of the
photo below). Vicom was up to the challenge and
designed the room and furniture around the obstacle.
