• Phase 1 - Needs Analysis and

draw up a plan, and sketch out a preliminary design

• Phase 2 - Detailed Design
Once you have approved the preliminary design,
Vicom design engineers will conduct a detailed
room survey to determine your power requirements
and cabling needs to accommodate both the current
and future requirements of your organization.
The next step is creating the engineering design,
which includes everything from the wiring to the
location of the equipment in the room. Technical
project management services complete this phase,
which includes purchasing materials, coordinating
deliveries, and planning and scheduling all facets
of the implementation.
• Phase 3 - Staging and Implementation
The building process begins in a controlled environment
where the systems are tested to ensure that everything
works before we install it in your environment.
This solution staging and testing ensures a swift,
smooth, problem-free installation. After the equipment
has been installed, we continue to work with you
to ease the transition. Our main priority is to
ensure your success and safeguard your technology

• Phase 4 - Training and Support
Once the equipment is installed, the primary goal
